I am so excited to be teaching at CCS. I firmly believe that studying music helps students to build confidence, creativity, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for the arts. As a teacher, I focus on helping students develop strong fundamentals while also experiencing the joy of making music together.

My musical journey has taken me down many different paths including: professional accompanist for opera singers, piano teacher, composer, church music director, and music theater pit musician. I earned a double major in Piano and Music Composition at the University of Central Florida and later completed a Master’s degree in Worship Theology at Calvin Theological Seminary.

Outside of school, I stay pretty busy. I love to sing and play keys at church. My family loves hiking, camping, and traveling together. My husband and I have four children, a goofy beagle, chickens, and a hermit crab.
