I graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a degree in Elementary Education, and enjoyed an amazing 28 year teaching career at Catawba Springs Elementary School. I retired in 2023, and I joined the Community Charter School staff in 2026. I am excited to be a part of this school family and to continue my journey as an educator in the role of instructional assistant.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling with my husband, Mark, and spending time with our children, Brett and Ryan.
