I am excited to be a part of Community Charter School. I received my education degree from Western Carolina University and began teaching in 1991. After 10 years of teaching, I received my Masters in School Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I began serving in school administration in 2003. Having a full career as an assistant principal, principal, and district office leadership, I retired in 2024. Following retirement, I joined the staff of Community Charter School serving as part of the school administration team.

I enjoy spending time with my family including my wife, Lisa, also an educator, two children and four grandchildren. I enjoy sports and am active in our Church.
