Hey! My name is Ms.Penn and I am so excited to be one of your child’s fifth grade teachers! This will be my seventh year teaching and my fifth year teaching in North Carolina! I am originally from Virginia but have lived in North Carolina for the past 5 years.

Outside of school, I love spending time with my dogs, Walter and Tyson, and my Fiance! I also enjoy trying new restaurants and browsing the aisles of my favorite store, Target.

I cannot wait to meet all your wonderful students and share my love of learning! One of my favorite parts of teaching is seeing students grow throughout the year and make connections between different math concepts.
