I am excited to have the opportunity to join the 3rd grade team this year. This will be my 5th year teaching. In the past, I have taught 2nd and 3rd grade. I graduated from Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC with my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. I realized how much I wanted to be a teacher when I started volunteering at my younger sister's elementary school. I watched the classrooms engage in hands-on learning and remembered being in their shoes. I want to create memories that students can hold onto.

In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my two cats and bearded dragon, crocheting and painting. When I'm not doing that, I'm looking for new recipes to try baking in my kitchen.
