Pastor Deon Lewis serves as the Assistant Athletic Director at Community Charter School, where he is passionate about helping students develop leadership, character, and a commitment to excellence through athletics. An ordained pastor and community leader, Deon is also the Founder and CEO of Faith Forward Outreach Ministry, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving communities through outreach and compassionate care.

With a heart for mentoring young people, Deon believes that sports are a powerful platform for teaching discipline, perseverance, teamwork, and integrity. Alongside his wife, Leah, he is committed to investing in the next generation both on and off the field. Their greatest joy is serving others and encouraging students to reach their full potential in every area of life.
