I grew up in Ohio and graduated in 1993 from Asbury University in Kentucky. I have just retired from Gaston County Schools where I have taught grades 2-4, served as a Literacy Facilitator, and instructed in our county’s Gifted and Talented Academy. I'm a member of Parkwood Baptist Church and also a member of F3, a men's bootcamp/run/ruck group. If I'm not working out, you'll find me hanging in coffee shops and reading. I am tremendously excited to teach here at Community Charter where I will be reunited with some of my former colleagues!
