Hey my name is Leann Nations, and I am excited to begin this new chapter as a second grade teacher. I will be graduating from Western Carolina University this coming spring with a bachelor's degree in education. Teaching has always been my passion, and I feel so honored to be stepping into this role with a decade of experience working with children.

Over the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting young learners in various settings, and each experience has deepened my commitment to fostering growth and helping every child find success. I truly believe that every child has the potential to thrive when given the right support, encouragement, and tools.

Outside of the classroom, I am blessed with a wonderful husband and two amazing daughters who inspire me each and everyday. My family is my biggest support system, and they continue to motivate me both personally and professionally.

One quote that resonates deeply with me is by B.B. King: "The beautiful thing about learning is that no one can take it from you." This powerful reminder guides my teaching philosophy and affirms my belief in the lasting impact of education.
