I am so excited to part of this community. I have been teaching elementary school for 36 years. I retired from Gaston County Schools, where I taught at Belmont Central and Ida Rankin Elementary Schools. I went to Lenoir-Rhyne for my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and received my masters from Grand Canyon University. Also, I am National Board certified teacher. On a personal note, I live in Mt. Holly. I have three boys, a daughter-in-law, a precious grandson and a dog. My husband and I enjoy Gamecock games where my youngest son graduated from and listening to Army Ranger adventure stories from his twin brother. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
