I am a native Pennsylvanian (go Steelers!) and attended Grove City College where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. My family relocated to Mount Holly in 2006. This is my 5th year in education and my first at CCS where I am honored to be a part of your child’s educational journey. In addition to being a kindergarten teacher, I am a mom of two incredible boys. My oldest son, who is autistic, has been my greatest teacher and influence on my life, both in our home and in my classroom. We have three canine companions - Winston, Tucker, and Ginger and they are truly a part of our family! I am a fervent advocate for multisensory learning and firmly believe that “play is the work of children” (child psychologist, Jean Piaget) and “What the hand does, the mind remembers.” (Maria Montessori). I am truly grateful and blessed to be joining such an incredible team at CCS!
