My name is Alyssa Edge and I am so excited to be at CCS. Over the past 13 years I have taught in charter, private, and public schools. I have taught 1st-3rd grade for the majority of my career, but I was also worked in Gaston County's Department of Exceptional Children as a Teacher for the Deaf. I am originally from South Florida and received my Bachelors degree in Deaf Education and Elementary Education from Flagler College in St. Augustine. I am so excited to get the chance to work with the students here and help create a love of learning.
