My name is Alyssa Edge and I am so excited to be at CPCS. I have taught in charter, private, and public schools over the past ten plus years. Most recently I worked in Gaston County at the Department of Exceptional Children as a Teacher for the Deaf. I am originally from South Florida and got my Bachelors degree in Deaf Education and Elementary Education from Flagler College in St. Augustine. I have a dual role here at CPCS, I am a teacher and a parent of a new CPCS student. I am so excited to get the chance to work with the students here and help create a love of learning.
